Health Experts Agree Supplementation is Necessary

There is a growing consensus about the wisdom of daily supplementation.

The American Medical Association, the Harvard School of Public Health, and the Berkeley Wellness Letter all now recommend multi-vitamins.

According to the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), everyone, regardless of age or health status, should supplement their diet with a daily multivitamin. That would include infants, kids, men, women, and seniors.

Research also shows, of course, that intake of some vitamins strengthens the immune system and helps promote long-term health. Supplementation is definitely a key to being Hyvin (well)!
